I have had the opportunity to work with Matt Deal in several aspects in the last couple of years. My first was through a BNI Networking group. He would be there as support for a fellow realtor. In so doing, he would give the presentations about their business and advice. His demeanor and presentation were very professional and informative.Secondly, I met him through one of the company’s I work for, Firefighters Handyman Services, where we were the maintenance company for his properties. We would have regular communications with Matt regarding concerns of the properties. These were always done is such a positive light and there was never a time that it was uncomfortable. The follow through that was done by him gave the impression of how much he was concerned for both property owner and tenant.Finally, I asked Matt to help my husband and I locate a rental property for us.
